Splashback Comparisons
Glass | One of the most popular splashback options available is glass, due to it’s clean, contemporary and long-lasting look, as well as its many various design features. Printed patterns or images allow a distinct personality to be added to any kitchen design. Simple painted splashbacks in gloss or matt formats can add colour to a neutral kitchen or tone in with the existing colour palette. |
Metalier | Metalier coated splashbacks are relatively new to the market. They are real metal coatings which are sprayed or applied to almost any substrate. |
Duropal Pyroex | Duropal Pyroex (high-pressure laminate) offer easy-to-clean formats as well as quick installation times in a narrow range of colours. |
Laminam™ | There are also new, cutting edge options available on the market, which opens up a much broader spectrum of splashback options for your kitchen design. Laminam (large format ceramic sheets) can add texture to the splashback space with hard-wearing, non-combustible options perfect for kitchens. |
Tiled | Another on-trend material for splashback options are tiles. Tiles can come in a range of shapes and textures, and you may also choose to utilise a coloured grout for pops of colour or drama as a design feature |
